What's inside the blend
Roasted peanut (kuli kuli): the soul of the blend. Most UK BBQ rubs skip this. We don't.
Uda pepper + calabash nutmeg: the warm, slightly herbal notes that separate this rub from generic spice mixes.
Smoked paprika + cayenne: medium-spicy, deeply smoky, never harsh.

How to use it

Lamb Chops or Kebabs: rub onto chops, marinate 30 min, grill hot 3 min per side.
Spicy Prawn Skewers: coat king prawns. Sear hot 90 seconds per side.
Does it contain peanuts? Yes. The blend uses kuli kuli (roasted peanut). Not suitable for peanut allergy sufferers.
How spicy is it? Medium-hot. Bold, not blazing.
