Refund policy

At Costack Spices, we want you to love every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Order Cancellations & Amendments

You can cancel or amend your order any time before it has been processed and dispatched — at no charge.

To request a cancellation or amendment:

  • Log in to your account at costack.uk
  • Go to Order History
  • Add a message stating your request

Please note: cancellation or amendment requests sent by email cannot be guaranteed. Using your account portal ensures your request is logged and actioned promptly.

2. Returns — Non-Perishable Items

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return non-perishable items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are:

  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In resaleable condition

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@costack.uk with your order number.

3. Returns — Perishable Items (Seasonings & Spice Blends)

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on perishable items once dispatched — unless:

  • We sent the wrong item, or
  • The item arrived defective, damaged, or unfit for consumption

If either of the above applies, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@costack.uk, including your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@costack.uk. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where possible

We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
