Shipping policy

At Costack Spices we aim to get your order out quickly and tell you exactly what it costs. This policy sets out where we ship, what delivery costs, and how long it takes.

1. Where we ship

We ship across the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, to the European Union, and to selected international destinations. Live rates for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Delivery costs

United Kingdom (mainland)

  • Free standard delivery on orders over £35
  • On orders under £35, standard delivery starts at £1.99 and is charged by parcel weight at checkout

Northern Ireland

  • £5.85 on orders under £35
  • Free on orders over £35

European Union

  • Flat rate £15

Rest of world

  • Flat rate £40
  • Free on orders over £200

3. Dispatch

Orders placed on a business day are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after business hours, at weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

4. Delivery times

Estimated time in transit after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 2 to 3 working days
  • European Union: 5 to 7 working days
  • United States: 5 to 7 working days
  • Rest of world: 7 to 10 working days

These are estimates. Courier delays, customs processing and peak periods can affect them.

5. Couriers

We use more than one courier, chosen by destination and parcel size. Your dispatch email confirms who is carrying your parcel.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

For EU and international orders, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the delivery rate you pay us.

7. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where the service provides them.

8. If something goes wrong

If your order is delayed, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, email info@costack.uk with your order number. Timescales for damaged, incorrect or unfit items are set out in our Refund and Returns policy, which also covers your statutory rights.

9. Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
