Use it on
- Chicken thighs: 1 tbsp + olive oil, marinate 30 min, grill or pan-fry.
- Pork shoulder: dry-rub overnight, slow-roast 4 hours.
- Black beans / rice and beans: 1 tsp into the simmer.
- Pan-seared white fish: sprinkle on both sides, sear 3 min per side.
