Description
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag of Attieke (1 KG)
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1 Maggi {or stock cubes)
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
Cooking Instructions
1- Defrost the attieke in the microwave for about 3 to 5 mins
2- Use a spoon or fork to break any clumps
3- Add just 2 to 3 table spoon of water
4- Return to the microwave and cook for 10 mins more and it should look like grits but not sloppy
5- Once done, turn into large bowl and add vinegar,crumbled maggi and olive oil
6- Turn into a dish and garnish with diced tomatoes, sweet peppers and thinly sliced Onions
7- you can eat your attieke with whatever you like, either with grilled/fried fish , chicken or with a nice stew
